It is an experience to unplug, feel the fear, push yourself further, and start to be the inspirational women you always have been. Your images are a reflection of your beauty, strength, purpose. A reminder to always be wildly inspired!
The Retreat:
The combination of boudoir and yoga is to create an intimate vibe, a space that is grounded and where you can reflect in growth. We are here to create a community, a group of women to explore our femininity, vulnerability, our open hearts, and to grow into our best selves. Kristen Custer, your yoga instructor is all about creating a funky fun vibe, an open invitation to women in all walks of life and yoga skill. We will be discovering new depths in our asana, finding our ujaii pranayama (breath of life), and cultivating union between mind, breath, and body.
